Curbside delivery means the carrier will lower the item to the ground at the street and you will need to move it from there. If the delivery location is in an area that is difficult to navigate such as steep, narrow, curvy or dirt roads, is an out of the way location, or other factors that will make it difficult for an 18-wheeler to get in and out of, you may have to meet the truck at a more suitable location where they will off-load it into your vehicle, or you might have to arrange to pick it up at the freight carriers terminal. These factors are as determined by the trucking company and are beyond our control. Fees for any other service other than standard ground freight as described here is at buyer's expense. Please Note: It's buyer's responsibility to inspect goods for shipping damage prior to accepting delivery. Buyer's only recourse if their order is damaged is to refuse delivery.
